I have tried Barre and Pilates classes at En Forme and have found them to be both fun and challenging. Steph’s friendly teaching style allows you to feel confident to try new exercises and she is great at encouraging you to challenge yourself to see what you can do. Since finding En Forme I have found that I have better control over my flexibility and have learnt new exercises to help improve my strength in different areas....

I love my Saturday morning Pilates Plus class, it sets me up and leaves me feeling recharged for the weekend. Steph’s energy and enthusiasm is contagious and makes you want to challenge and strive to improve yourself. I felt very safe in her capable hands and adaptable exercises pre and post baby.
