WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS
We have all the equipment you'll need at the studio, so just bring a water bottle, possibly a sweat towel, and a positive attitude.
Bringing your own yoga or pilates mat is a good idea for hygiene reasons, but we always have a few spare mats just in case.
Grip socks are recommended, but not compulsory. Our studio is a wooden floor so toeless grip socks are ideal. We’ll be working up a sweat, so we recommend keeping your hair off your face.
There are no dedicated changing facilities or showers at the studio, but there are bathrooms and plenty of space in the waiting area.
If you are attending your first En Forme class, please arrive 10 minutes before it starts, so you can get checked in, familiarise yourself with the studio and to touch base with the instructor. Let us know of any old injuries, sensitive spots or conditions, and we’ll be sure to make any necessary modifications.
